Renting Overview
Rent for apartments vary according to the size –number of rooms, location, floor, furnishing, heating and cooling systems and condition (newly or not renovated). The prices are more expensive in Tbilisi, and less expensive in the other big towns such as Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Batumi. Rental price in small towns and regional centers is relatively cheap.
